Mark is a great and honest guy, he told me exactly what will be done and stayed true to his price. Bonus points because he listened to me when I said I drive my electric bike to work and he fixed it in an hour to help me get to work. I will be giving him all my business.

So I called this place because they do work on electric bikes and scooters. I ordered a 20 by 4 inch tube from Amazon which was not delivered for 3 days when it was supposed to be delivered the next day. This is why I called. He says he does not sell the product it's only for fixing somebody's bike. I asked him if he could sell the product for double the price of what he paid, he said no I have to bring the bike to him and have the tire/tube changed for $75. I said can I please just come buy it for like 20 or $30. He said know if you want to come pick the tube up it'll be $75. So he is trying to make $65.00 on a $10 tube. I will never ever do business with this guy and no one else should ever. If he's trying somebody like this then obviously he's telling you you got other things wrong with your scooter or bike and he's trying to make a lot of money for nothing.

The owner Mark is the absolute best at what he does and a genuine good person. First time ever calling him I had a problem where I couldn't move the car and was essentially unable to do anything or get anywhere with it. He drove all the up way from his side of town, AFTER HOURS, AT NIGHT, just to help me troubleshoot. NO SHOP; even the "famous one" located 100ft away from me on East Colonial, would help. We need more people like Mark in this space. Thats why if you're stuck between choosing here or that other similar named shop, I hope you - like their name implies - leave them in the past, and go to Electrify Garage for all your CURRENT EV repairs. 😉

Mark is a life saver 🙏🏼 !!!!! Great customer service , my Tesla wasn’t charging he fixed the problem less than 48 hours. VERY AFFORDABLE He also Would work With You ! (Highly recommend ) Mannnn He’s definitely my new Mechanic for sure 🎯🤞🏼

Had to have another shop reinstall the rotor bearings he said he replaced on my Tesla. Said I needed new transaxle bearing when the problem was really bad rotor bearings. Said he replaced transaxle fluid, but it was dirty when the other shop checked it. Charged for toolbox access, when toolbox access or a charge shouldn't have been necessary. No refund offered when confronted. Zero integrity.
